The Panorama Avenue project was a renovation which transformed a 1980s ‘bach’ into modern day living. This renovation showcases LBG’s dedication to bringing their clients’ ideas to fruition through a collaborative process, working with the client every step of the way to meet their vision- whatever it may be. In this instance, the clients wanted to turn their home into a new-feeling space that was easy to entertain and live in, while importantly maintaining their stunning views and the natural landscape which surrounded the house. This build transformed a confining space into open plan living; a task which required innovation in order to achieve the client’s desired flow between the kitchen and living areas. While a renovation poses different challenges compared to a new build, Brett and his team continuously rose to these challenges with ease, using their creativity and knowledge to achieve a high quality result for the client.
